Team Cuatro presents at Plan Pais in Tampa

On March 23, Team Cuatro presented our work at the 9th annual Plan País conference in Tampa, Florida. Plan País is a student-organized conference that brings together thought-leaders, academics, activists, and business leaders to workshop and learn about strategies to help improve Venezuela.
